01 Services
Solithub provides custom software development, website development, mobile app development, and related technology services. We strive to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' unique business requirements and objectives.
02 Payment Terms
- check_circle 50% deposit required to begin work on any project.
- check_circle Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final assets.
- check_circle Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in individual project contracts.
03 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, architectures, frameworks, and development methodologies created by Solithub Technologies Limited remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered software, designs, and materials for their intended business purposes upon full payment.
Full transfer of ownership of custom-developed code and design assets may be provided upon request and subject to a separate written agreement and/or additional fee.
Third-party components, libraries, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses and are not owned by either party.
